What does the Preamble to the Indian Constitution mean by 'social justice'?

Social Justice means the absence of socially privileged classes in the society and no discrimination against any citizen on grounds of caste, creed, color, religion, gender or place of birth.

There is a Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment in the Government of India. It is responsible for welfare, social justice and empowerment of disadvantaged and marginalised sections of society, including scheduled castes, Other Backward Classes, the disabled, the elderly, and the victims of drug abuse.
